Block Prints

Most of the work I do is block printing. With a few exceptions, I use the reduction method for color printing. Also called suicide printing, because if you make a mistake you can't go back, every layer is created by cutting a little more out of the original block until the block is "reduced' to an unusable plate.  Once I decide on how many will be in the edition, it is impossible to create more. They truly are limited, typically to small editions of 6 to 12 prints.
